The production process
The production process of stainless steel products is a complex and delicate process. From the choice of raw materials to the packaging of the final product, every step is crucial. The following is a detailed production process of stainless steel products.
Material selection: First, select appropriate stainless steel materials according to the needs of the product, such as 201, 304, 316 and other stainless steel models. These materials have good corrosion resistance and strength. Inspection: Conduct quality inspection on the selected stainless steel raw materials to ensure that there are no defects such as cracks and inclusions.
Design the laser cutting path and parameters based on CAD drawing of the product. Cutting: Use high-energy-density laser beams to irradiate stainless steel raw materials. By precisely controlling the moving path and speed of the laser beam, the material can quickly melt, vaporize, ablate or reach the ignition point, thereby achieving precise cutting.
Programming: Program the bending angle and position on the CNC bending machine according to the product shape and size. Bending: Put the laser-cut stainless steel plate into a CNC bending machine, and bend it accurately through hydraulic or mechanical force to form the required product shape.
Preparation: Clean and degrease the stainless steel parts to be welded to ensure welding quality. Welding: According to the product structure and welding requirements, choose the appropriate welding method and parameters for welding. For stainless steel materials, commonly used welding methods include manual welding, MIG/MAG welding and TIG welding.
Polishing: Use laser polishing equipment to polish the surface of the welded product to remove welding traces and uneven parts and improve the smoothness and aesthetics of the product surface. Polishing: Polishing the surface of the product as needed to achieve an effect or specific gloss.
Comprehensive inspection: Comprehensive inspection of polished stainless steel products, including size, shape, surface quality, etc. Packaging: The stainless steel products that have passed the inspection will be packaged as required to prevent damage during transportation and storage. Labeling: Mark the product name, specifications, quantity, and necessary instructions on the package.
